All rates are for two adults per night. Children 10 & under stay free. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay on weekends. 3 night minimum stay on holidays that fall on Monday. Weekend rates apply to all holidays. Sunday is only considered a weekday when combined with Monday. 6% Lodging tax.
A deposit equal to the first night's regular rate will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. Balance due on arrival. If paying by check, deposit due within one week with cash or credit card payment on arrival. Cancellations must be received within 14 days of occupancy and are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposit will be retained if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior. Any cancellation less than 72 hours prior, entire stay will be charged.

(arrangements for late check in should be made in advance)
If you reserve Friday OR Saturday night, you must combine it with another night and the weekend rates apply.
Sunday is a weekend rate, unless it is combined with a Monday.
3 nights minimum stay when holidays fall on Monday & weekend rates apply.
We reserve the right to change cabins due to scheduling.
